Working Hours: Full Time however will consider a 4 day flexible week
Professional Leads, the UK’s leading lead generator in financial services and accounting sector is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team.
Working closely with the Managing Director and Sales Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that the client base is provided with the service that it expects, refining day-to-day operations, with a high level of efficiency and helping maintain growth. There is a lot of development potential within this role, as you will have exposure and contribution to strategy, operational planning, implementation and service delivery. You will focus on four critical areas – account management (client-facing), company operations, strategic development of company proposition and top down company processes.
A good knowledge of financial services and accounting would be beneficial but not essential. If the role could be summed up with one sentence it would be “bringing all departments and all facets of the business together for the beneficial smooth running of the company”. The role is designed for someone capable of multi tasking in the truest sense, and being able to cope with a demanding client base. Previous client management skills would be beneficial but again not essential.
Responsibilities
Working closely with our lead management system, ensuring smooth uninterrupted flow of our inbound leads to clients. Administering any un-allocated leads and re-allocating to associated client. Recording and analyzing lead flow on a daily basis across all networks.
Working closely with the admin team in order to administer our “rejected” sales leads. This will involve liaising with clients on the outcome of these requests.
Account Management. Working closely with a given portfolio of clients (circa 70) to ensure close continued relations.
On Boarding – working closely with design, sales and technical to ensure the smooth on boarding of clients to the networks.
Working closely with our partner companies who provide our clients with supplementary services.
Management Data – providing management with regular MI and analysis.
Accounts – Working closely with the accounts department to ensure efficient processing of all financial transactions.
Marketing – Working with marketing to ensure efficient google adwords advertising operations.
Marketing – Working with marketing and sales to ensure a steady flow of inbound B2B leads for the sales team to follow up.
Customer Service – some follow up work with inbound B2C leads to clarify and qualify enquiries.
Project Management – Working with the steering group on the development of new networks
Skills
Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
Proven track record in a fast-paced environment and organisational skills to manage multiple projects with flawless execution, delivering under a tight deadline
Possess a high degree of initiative, self-motivation and resourcefulness.
Ability to multi task on a variety of projects
Ability to lead projects & provide appropriate R & D profiling
Good Knowledge of Microsoft office suites
